Guy and Judy Pearson began Pearson Design Build in 2008, to meet a new need they saw emerging from the state of the economy. "People's values are changing. People are looking to invest in their home rather than move to a new one. They need responsible professionals they can trust to put their priorities first, not what is trendy," Judy says of their inspiration.
Pearson Design Build is a Family Company
They drew on Guy's twenty years of experience in remodeling, and added professional education including the Aging in Place Certification, Graduate Remodelor Certification, and the Green Builder Certification. These certifications and continueing education through the Home Builders Association of Georgia insure that Pearson Design Build is using the best techniques available.
The children of Guy and Judy: Hart and Lauren Pearson and Leigh Margaret Martin work in the company as well. Hart and Lauren design custom spaces as a team. Leigh Margaret draws plans and represents designs in three-dimensional space. The three-dimensional graphics help clients visualize their space and insure everything is perfect before the building begins.
